Hi,

I have a scenario, employee takes LOP frpm 01.06.2015 to 07.06.2015 system taking these but when employee takes leave in same month i.e 11.06.2015 to 15.06.2015 it is not taking & salary is deducting only for 7 days not another four days..

As per calculation it must take 12 days it is calculating only 8 days

Hi Srinivas,

You would like to deduct non working day's in the LOP calculation.

Then in the T556C you can tick on the OFF day's in relative day's applicability part in Counting Rule.

Or you can control it through T554C table entry in the Time Unit Part as a KT in the Valuation using constant/average section against wage type in the Absence Valuation rule.

Check and let me know.
