Change Pointer on KNA1-GFORM

Hello Experts,

I have activated change pointer for Customer Data changes . I use Object DEBI but no Change Pointer is trigered when change is made on field KNA1-GFORM . In othes fields everything works fine.

Any Ideas ? Thanks

Hi

Did you check transaction BD52: Assignment IDOC message type to ALE change pointer field ?

ALE change pointers are created from change document. When there is no change document then there will not be an ALE change pointer. Is there a change document for this change in tables CDHDR CDPOS ?
