Hi Sandeep,

You can use transaction code F.13 provided you have set up the fields that will be used for clearing in OB74 transaction code. Automatic clearing can be configured only if you have some common fields between the two documents to be cleared. Generally fields like reference, currency, assignment, trading partner, business area etc are used.

Mass clearing can be done through F-32.  Job can be defined and run in the back ground as well.

You can use Tcode F.13 to clear the open line items in a single go. Also you can set up the automatic clearing criteria in Tcode OB74 which will help you to automate the process and use batch jobs to clear the same instead of manual clearing.
