Hi Team,
I am configuring web dynpro application in transaction launcher ,if user clicks the transaction launcher link it is not showing anything?before that iam getting error The IE compatibility view is not supported (note 1970689).
for this i am adding one user parameter CRM_THTMLB_IE_COMP to IE8. now it is not showing error ,but link is not opened..i have checked on se80 web application if i click test it is working fine..
but in web ui if i click the link it is not opened..for this i have configured transaction launcher setting in spro..could you please tell me how to do it?

I assume that when there is The IE compatibility view is not supported error, your webdynpro was not loaded either, is it?
Please help to take an httpwatch trace. Please look for your webdynpro, is the URL correct? The same as when you test from se80?
Regarding the rendering of the webdynpro, we are having a note 1753544. Please help to check if your system full fills the support package mentioned in this note.
