REX 3.2 - Additional Relationship Categories for Customer

Former Member

Hello Experts,

We are currently using REX 3.2.20 version and it is configured to display the following relationship categories on device for customer.

  • BUR001 - Contact Person
  • BUR011 - Employee Responsible
  • CRMH07 - Wholesaler
  • ZCAZR - Sales Representative

These relationships are properly displayed on device. Now, the business would like to add two additional relationship categories (Z) on device:

  • ZCAZT - Telesales Agent
  • ZCAZD - Merchandiser

I have made the configuration changes to include the two new relationship categories in SPRO --> CRM --> REX (Mob App) --> Data Transfer Settings --> Define Data Selection Criteria --> Account Relationship Category Extraction Profile --> Account Relationship Category Extraction Values

We have successfully run initial load of the customers from CRM to SMP (no errors in slg1 and bdocs successfully processed). We have synced the device to fetch the latest and greatest data from SMP. However, the new relationship categories are still not showing up on device. The customer master is maintained with these new relationships.

Have I missing any steps? Any ideas as to how to make this work? Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Puja

Hello Puja,

please follow the below steps:

1. Make cache interval of DCNCustCG to ZERO in SCC.
2. Perform delta sync for CUSTOMIZING from device.
3. Revert the cache interval value of DCNCustCG to default value.
4. Perform delta sync for CUSTOMERS from device.

This should solve your problem.

Thanks & best Regards,
Rajat.
