Hello,
We have a requirement to display additional relationship categories for the customer on device. So, I have added new entries to Account Relationshiip Category Extraction Profile in IMG Path: CRM --> REX --> Data Transfer Settings --> Define Data Selection Criteria.
We have done initial download again from CRM to SUP to ensure the new data is sent. We did an initial sync on device to get the latest data. However, the new relationships are still not showing up on device. Am I missing any configuration?
I would appreciate if someone can please help in resolving this issue. Thank you.
