Customs Clearance Pending error while creating billing doc VF01

Hi

I am able to create the sample order with delivery completing , picking & PGI. once trying to create the billing document I am facing the error as

"Customs Clearance Pending" in the error log and unable to create the billing document.

Kindly suggest.

Hi Kiran,

That sounds strange.  What error message number is indicated in the log?

Are you sure it's not due to some user-exit code?
