Design Studio BookMarks and Folders are not visible, But folders have been created

Hi ,

We are on Design Studio 1.5 version, trying to use BookMarks save option in Design Studio. But some how, the created folders are not visible.

But folders have been created, since when I try to recreate the folder with same name, it says already exists.

I have verified the access and everything looks normal. I have tried to do this with Own login and admin login , but did not make any difference.

Can some advice or let us know about the issue , has anyone faced this? if Yes, can you please provide the solution.

BO version : 4.1 SP4 Patch 2

Design Studio : 1.5

Navigate to Applications

Right Click on Design Studio Run time

Hi Pulendar - I tested this with someone yesterday.

You need to be on BI4.1 SP6 for these to appear in the CMC:

Thank you for quick response.

I am able to see the folders in my DEV system. But I can't see them in PROD.

My DEV & PROD are in same version as below.

SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 4 Patch 2

Below foldres 1,2,3 etc I have created them in DEV. DS is also same version as 1.5.

That might be a little different about the folders; the bookmarks (and personalizations) don't appear until you get to BI4.1 SP6

Regarding the folders in production, do you have the right access?

Hi Tammy,

I have tried with Administrator User and my id(have full admin access), but still not able to find the folders which I can able to add new folders to the Design Studio Bookmarks(default folder) folder.

I have also reset security to this Design Studio Run time application in CMC.

Please advice.
