OEM Version <-> Normal

Hallo Forum,

what is the difference between the normal SAP B1 9.1 and the OEM SAP B1 9.1? Wiki says that OEM Versions from Software products can have reduced functionality, so is this the case? Roughtly, what are the reduced functions in 9.1?

How I can I determine what kind of installlation I have currently running? We get the license from a gold partner, and they say SAP will sue us if we uses the normal version instead of the OEM version. They had other customers, which accidently installed the normal version, but the OEM license they gave to them works on the normal version too.

I have extracted the DB and search the SAP B1 Server folder for "oem", but nothing seems to point to OEM. A support employee couldnt help also:

Only in the CDLABEL.ASC file of the installion dir is the string "OEM Edition" written.
