Dear Interaction Center Community,
My company, AMC Technology, has started integration with ICI Outbound / Campaign Management. Is any customer using campaign management within their IC Webclient deployment? We're hoping to gain some insight into actual usage and scenarios. Are you for example, using it just for predictive or also preview? Are you generating the list with an external dialer and then loading it into SAP using Predictive Dialer - List Transfer? Any actual scenarios you've utilized would be very helpful to us.

Not sure if you have implemented ICI-Campaign Management. Wondering how your implement it in your real processes, how is a calllist generated using an external dialer, etc?
