saprouter error

Hi Everyone! I encounter error in saprouter but i've already turn off the firewall. Can anyone help me.. Thank you!!

Hi Raymond,

Before asking anything.. I have one question.

Have you checked and followed 2131531 - New Root Certification Authority for saprouter certificates

to update the router cert ?
