Liza it may not be possible but may be you can try to add a new page/pop-up to accept terms and conditions before giving them access to Salary Statement etc
The problem is that the client has only several Users with corresponding Passwords, only for managers, but they delegate some ESS tasks, such as create leave request, to their subordinate employees (don't ask me why) therefore they want these employee to have no acces to the ARchiv Service (salary statement, düv etc.).
So in this case SSO for payslip deactivation don't work....
