How to generate Positive Pay Report in Business ByDesign

Hi Team,

I am new to SAP Business ByDesign. I was looking for Positive Pay Report in SAP Business ByDesign, I could find in SAP but not in SAP Business ByDesign. In our current solution Oracle, we send Positive Pay Report file to Banks. Positive Pay helps prevent Fraud, as Banks can  quickly identifying questionable check payments and bringing them to our attention.

Any help regarding navigation if this report already exist in ByDesign, else how to configure Positive Pay Report in ByDesign is appreciated.

Hi Pramod,

in ByDesign we do not have a positive pay file as you know it from Oracle, but we suggest the customers asking for the positive pay file to use the Checkbook Register report in Payment Management.

Here is an example, where I did configure a variant. The file can be saved then as csv. Please see the screenshot for the same.
