Exporting to PDF not hang sometime.

I am wondering if anybody has solution. I am exporting Crystal report to pdf by clicking .net button. Everything works fine and some time not as  it keep looping on the server(hang). if  we reset the iis server it works again fine. . Any solution...

Is this an app you created or was it created by a 3rd party?

Version of CR - include any service packs.

Version of VS

OS

IIS version

IE version

See if the Event viewer reports any errors / warnings.
