Any table for Account and its relationships in SAP CRM?

Hi all,

I want to pull the data for a list of 100 accounts (Planning accounts/Orgs/BPs) along with its Relation ships maintained.

Ex:

Org A has employees B( Has the emp responsible) and C(Has approver). I have such 100 As.

So, How do I get all these in one go instead of browsing through each Planning Account.

Is there any SAP CRM table for this? or should I join few tables? Can the geeks answer???

Hi Satya,

"account" belongs  to the concept of Business Partner. so the informations you are looking for are in Tables which manage Business Partner data. Depending on the information you need, you need to create a view asking one or more of following tables  

• BUT000
  • BP: General data
  • Contains Business Partner Number, Partner Category, Partner Type, First Name, Last Name etc.
• BUT020
  • BP: Addresses
• BUT050
  • BP relationships/role definitions: General data
  • Contains Relationship, Partner Number (PARTNER1), Relationship Category
• BUT051
  • BP Relationship: Contact Person Relationship
  • (Similar to BUT050 , additionally contains Contact Person’s Address data)
• BUT0BK
  • Business Partner: Bank Data & Details
  • BP Number, Bank Key, Bank Country Key, Bank, Account Number
• BNKA
  • Bank Master Data
• BUT100
  • BP: Roles
• ADR2
  • Telephone Numbers (Business Address Services)
• ADR6
  • SMTP Numbers (Business Address Services)
  • Contains Email – Id of the BP.
• ADRC
  • Addresses (Business Address Services)
  • BP’s Complete Address Details- City, Country, Post Code, District, Street, Title No Etc
• TSAD3T Table containing the Title text against a Title No.

Don't hesitate to complete your request for complements (relation between tables, primary key ...).

Meanwhile, I am trying to create a BP in demo system but I come across this error:

Application object BUPA: Table SZA1_D0100 does not exist

I saw a post where it was advised to add this in BUSB.. but how do I do that?

What are the fields to be provided?

Can you help me?

Hi Satya

If the relationships are not in BUT050 then you'll need to take a look at the more difficult tables to interrogate the HRP1000 Tables (HRP1000, HRP1001, etc, etc)

Thanks Arden, after a little research I was able to find it. and to link with the names, I had joined this BUT050 with another table BUT000 to get the names as well.
