Billing block not updates even after release it.

Hi Gurus,

We have one issue in SAP order level. While creating sales order user mentioned Manual condition type so its blocked by delivery block. Once the sales order released then only system allows to creates the delivery for the sales order.

Here the issue is even after releasing the sales order delivery block it is not updates in order level, but it is updated in changes of sales order. in changes it updates as blank, but in initial screen level its not updates.

Can anyone advice on this. Thanks in advance.

You must have implemented some enhancement to set delivery block in case of manual conditions. Please get this enhancement debugged,

Dear Kiran,

Kindly let me know, if  you are using any custom configuration so that delivery block will assign for that line item in SO and after approval it has to release this delivery block in back end through user exit .

Can you provide some screenshot?

1. What the manual condition type? And why is it leading to delivery block?

2. What do you mean by "release the order"? Do you mean removing the delivery block?

3. Are you also talking about the change log on SO?
