Polling reloads the Web UI after Telephony integration.

Good day experts,

I need some assistance please.

We have configured telephony integration on SAP CRM. The telephony integration is working 100%.

We are however having issues with the polling.

Is there a way to change the polling not to reload the complete Web UI every few seconds, only the header area? Or is there a mistake in the customizing?

Please assist.
