Double-sided PDF printing not work in GUI 7.40

Dear collegues, I upgraded SAP GUI version from 7.20 p.15 PDFPrint p.8 SPrint p.14 to version 7.40 p.3 SPrint p.4. After this double-sided printing not works. One year later I also tried to print the same on GUI 7.30, but no result. It only correctly works on GUI 7.20 with PDFP p8 SP p14. Two mistakes exist: 1. Single page printing 2. Paper orientation wrong. How to correct this error?

Hello,

Try to set the 'PDFIgnoreTray' by following note 1955201,
this might be caused by the known issue talked in note 1877614.

I have solved problem of upside-down printing on back page. I changed pagination parameter in Adobe LCD for this form.

I have downloaded device type KYOAAE1C from note 1135057 and implemented it. Now double-sided printing works, but second side is upside-down.
