Assignment/Allocation field control on ABNA - Post- Capitalization

Could someone through some lights on how the fields (Assignment/allocation) under additional details tab controlled on ABNA transactions?

if you press the F1 Help you will get additional information:

The assignment number is an additional information reference field in the line
item....
