Hi Manuel

1. If possible restart the SAP router and check the same

2. Based on your SAP system have you upgrade /install the  ST-PI  & ST-A/PI components?

3. OSS1 connection setting are correct? as mention in the SAP Note - 33135 - Guide for OSS1

Refer the SAP Note 982045 - Error calling the SAP back-end system

Hi Sriam,

We take your recomendation and made to the upgrade /install the  ST-PI  & ST-A/PI components, but continue with the error

What can we do? What do you think?

The upgrade/install was last package version.

Thanks you,

Manuel Rivas

Hi Manuel

1. Are you able to ping from SAP system host to Solution Manager & SAP router systems(At OS level)?

2. Check the RFC's from SAP system to Solution Manager ?

3. Check the SAP & Solman system RFC to SAPOSS?

4. If the any firewall enabled in between SAP systems & SAProuter?

Regards
