SAP Fiori App - Change Sales Order error message

Hi All,

Just installed EHP7 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 in my sandbox.

We are at

SAP_BASIS 740 0008 SAPKB74008 SAP Basis Component and have

SAP_GWFND 740 0008 SAPK-74008INSAPGWFND SAP Gateway Foundation

I am trying to get the SD apps installed for example..Change Sales Order.

Installed

UIX01EAP 100 0003 SAPK-10003INUIX01EAP - UI for ERP Central Applications

I am able to activate the SD_SO_MON UI5 Applications in SICF and attach SAP_SD_TCR_T_X1 & SAP_SD_BCR_FIELDSALESREP_X1 for users to see the Apps in the Fiori Launchpad.

However I am not able to see SRA018_SO_TRACKING_SRV OData Services at /n/IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE nor SAP_SD_SO_MAN_APP backend PFCG role.

I tried installing SRA018 - 600 separately in Client 000 and it gives me the following error "OCS Package SAPK-600AGINSRA018 does not match the current Software vector".

In the drill down, I get a message IW_BEP 200 is not installed.

A bit confused since I am in SAP Basis 740 and according to Gateway documentation for SAP NetWeaver 7.40 and higher i.e SAP_GWFND 740

"This core component is included in SAP NetWeaver 7.40 as standard and it contains the full functional scope of IW_BEP 200. Consequently, you do not need to install IW_BEP 200 in systems based on SAP NetWeaver 7.40 and higher.

Kindly advice what I am missing here.

Rajan,

You need to install ACPs.

ACPs are available on SAP Service Marketplace:

http://service.sap.com/SWDC

-> Support Packages and Patches

-> Search for Software Downloads (Search options: Only "ABAP Support Packages and Patches")

Now search for SRA018. You will see a component with name "SRA018====600   Attribute Change Package 07 for SRA018 600"

Installing that should solve your issue.

Thanks..Do you need to do this first i.e (SRA018====600   Attribute Change Package 07 for SRA018 600) and then try SRA018 - 600 again.

Or just this is enough.

As I remember you do ACP first and then the actual component. Anyway, you will know once you install ACP.

Hi Krishna,

ACP worked out and I was able to see the ODATA service.

Now I am able to get both the "Track Sales Order" and "Change Sales Order" working..but it is not retrieving anything from the backend..Both Sales Order & Customer is coming blank, when we have data in the backend.

Is there any configuration that I need to do in the backend to see it here.

Hi Krishna,

Just a FYI..I do not have SAP_SD_SO_MAN_APP backend PFCG role. According to documentation..this role contains authorizations to display the related business data.

How do I get this role up ? Why is it missing ?

Still stuck...I tried installing SAPK-600AGINSRA018- SRA018 600: Add-On Installation under  INSTALLATIONS AND UPGRADES.

I still do not see SAP_SD_SO_MAN_APP PFCG role and not able to see any content in my Fiori Apps.

Looking at the document, seems like it depends on two packages in ECC

SRA003 600	3
SRA018 600	7

Did you install both? Make sure you install the latest SPs

I have three here..which should I install

SAPK-60003INSRA003   SRA003 600: Support Package 0003

SRA003====600   Attribute Change Package 08 for SRA003 600.

We are in EHP7 FOR SAP ERP 6.0.

Gets more and more interesting..I loaded SRA003====600   Attribute Change Package 08 for SRA003 600 and got it uploaded.

But I still do not see SAP_SD_SO_MAN_APP PFCG role...Any idea why ?

I believe you have to install

SAPK-60003INSRA003   SRA003 600: Support Package 0003

Else, create a custom pfcg role and add the odata service.
