Off-Cycle payroll result already reversed(Void), how to reverse the already posted financial result

Dear Experts,

Off-Cycle payroll has been completed for an employee through Off-Cycle workbench (PUOC_10) & financial posting has been done. After that one regular payroll completed with financial posting for that period.  Now user reverses the payroll result of the off-cycle payroll using Off-Cycle workbench (PUOC_10) and he gets the payroll result ‘void’(Indicator ‘V’ appears in ‘Reversed’ column). The question is how to reverse the already posted financial result for the Off-Cycle payroll.

Whether SAP automatically reverses the posting results as payroll result has already been reversed or we need to do some further steps from our end.

Below is a link from SAP Library which says 'Run a batch report for subsequent processing', but we are not sure what report needs to be run or it is a automatic process from payroll process model.

Reversing the Payroll Result - Off-Cycle Activities (PY-XX-OC) - SAP Library

Please suggest.

Thanks,

Santosh

Hi Santosh,

Once you have reversed payroll, you need to complete the reversal of documents from posting too.

You can run PUOCBA transaction using SAPUSOCV process model for USA.

For the above process model to work fine you need to activate workflow linkages under

Payroll-->Payroll USA-->Background processing with the HR Process Workbench-->Activate event linkage for workflow events.

Alternatively, if you have run off cyle for just single person (i.e. posting run was done only for one single person) to reverse pay results, you can go to transaction PCP0 and then click on menu option Edit-->Filter-->Delete Filter.

Once done select the posting result that needs to be reversed and click again on menu option Edit-->Reversal-->Reverse Documents which will reverse posting documents for the posting run.

Thanks,

Ameet
