hi there,
we are changing from ESS scenario "clock in/ clock out corrections" Web dynpro JAVA to Web dynpro ABAP:
See first screenshot: in web dynpro JAVA application the TIME ("Uhrzeit" in german language screenshot) field is there WITHOUT seconds, only hour and minutes.
In the "new" Web Dynpro ABAP application the TIME is also WITH seconds. So the user can enter seconds there.
This leads to confusion on enduser-side and i was asked to avoid entry of seconds, like in the "old" Web dynpro java application.
Does anybody know why there are differences between web dynpro java application and web dynpro abap application with the seconds ? And can i somehow avoid the entering of seconds in web dynpro abap ?
br, Martin
As far as i know, We can map it with the BADI ty to check for BADI(Enhancement).

Venkatesh
