DB2 license (does not have a valid license key installed)

Hello,

I´m facing a weird situation in our SAP system with DB2 database. Some weeks ago the SAP system was running without problems. Today when I restart the SAP system the DB2 service doesn´t start well... in event viewer I see the following error:

2015-07-27-00.37.27.031000 Instance:DB2PAC Node:000 PID:2592(db2syscs.exe) TID:2760 Appid:none license manager sqllcRequestAccess Probe:2 ADM12008C The product "DB2 Enterprise Server Edition" does not have a valid license key installed and the evaluation period has expired. Functions specific to this product are not enabled. If you have licensed this product, ensure the license key is properly installed. You can install the license using the db2licm command. The license file can be obtained from your licensed product CD.

The SAP has a valid license!

Can you tell me please where I can find the DB2 license and how can I install it...?

Hello JD,

We can check the license with the following command:

- db2licm -l

If there is not a valid license installed customer can follow note:
