Customs value at header level

Hi Team,

I have an issue with customs value and it goes like this,when we have customs value (C100) at item level for any export or import customs declaration the same is not getting summed up to the header level and it writes zero value for C100 condition at header.Please suggest what might have gone wrong here.Appreciate your help.

on the right side on the position Screen (tab customs value)  is a checkbock "FREE". Is it marked?
