Internet User Role for BP

I'm implementing CRM for a client that has a non-SAP customer self service application.  If we were implementing UCES (or MCF), I would use the role BUP005 to link that BP to the internet user name that they will use to do self-service.  There is a role BUP006 that does not require a SAP user, but in configuring the transaction for that role, I cannot see how to even track the user name for that BP.  Does that capability exist with BUP006?

Hi Keith,

It is not possible to create an internet user with role BUP006. If you want the BP to be able to operate in the system, an SAP user is required anyway.

So what is the best way of identifying that a BP is enrolled in a non-SAP customer self service?  I thought that was what BUP006 was for.
