F1 in BRFplus not working

Hello,

when I am pressing F1 in one of  the field of the BRFplus workbench, I receive an error message saying, that the service is not reachable, "Error 403 reason forbidden".

If is this a authority problem? if yes, which is the authority object I need? If this is a problem of an not existing service, which is the name of the service used to call the F1-help?

You can use transaction SU53 to find out about about failing authorization checks.

Hi Carsten,

in su53 no brfplus related authority failture is shown. Do you know, where to find the help-service of brfplus in the sicf transaction? I would like to check, if it is active.

I would be surprised if there was a BRFplus-specific authorization check for the issue. The value help is most likely not handled by BRFplus but by other infrastructure components.

Unfortunately, I do not know about the details off the F1 service.

Hi Peter ,

   Setting has to be activated in SPRO:

Please check SPRO->SAP Netweaver -> Application server -> Knowledgment managment -> Help center

It is not specific to BRF+ Application.
