Messages/Alerts Issue on Approvals/ Rejections

Hello,

I have this SAP user who prepares purchase requisitions. There are two approvers 1 and 2 who must both approve for it to go through. Since 28th February, this user has stopped receiving any alerts about any approved or rejected requisitions. But there have been approvals/rejections after the February date.

My question is why has this user stopped seeing rejected and approved requisitions? Could it be an alert/memory issue?

NB: Using SAP 8.82 PL 10

Hi Kinyanjui,

You may let user try to clean up the mail box (both Inbox and Sent).

Hi

Try the below way

1.You can increase the message/Log size in Administration->system initialisation->general Setting.

On services tab,you can increase the History/Log file to maximum.
