We are currently designing a solution for our client where functional location and equipment hierarchy needs to be replicated in CRM from ECC. The requirement is that user should be able to create a functional location in CRM and that should be able to replicate in ECC. Can you please tell me if anyone has worked in any such scenario before and how it was achieved?
Thanks a lot for your reply. I read the documentation and it is helpful to understand how to replicate the equipment along with any custom fields.
But I am struggling to understand how to download characteristics of an equipment from ECC to CRM. I have downloaded the equipment successfully but any if its characteristics have not come through.
