Facing login issue for processing PA40 screens

Hi,

While performing hiring action,

I am getting initial screen to enter login credentials for every alternate screens of 'hiring' action.

Why?

Am I missing any kind of profile or it is a basis issue?

what could be the possible reason, Any suggestion please.
