SAPRouter Upgrade Problem

Hello Expert,

        We are upgrade my SAPRouter due to changes which done in SAP Site according SAP note 2131531 - New Root Certification Authority for SAProuter certificates  

When we try to download latest Common Crypto Library, it go to Export tab in Download basket, we send to sap an incident on Component

XX-SER-SWFL-EXPORT

to approve to download this tool.

SAP Replay with the following:

Dear customer,

your requested software is subject to export control.

For such products we need an export license from German authorities.

When we get this license, we will approve your download basket as soon

as possible.

I Ask, How we can get an export license from German authorities? and which procedures we can do it?

SAP Support is processing the license from German Authorities,

All you need is to followup with SAP on the status.

From the answer you got it's not clear imho whether:

1) SAP already asked German authorities for an export license in your case.

or:

2) SAP is expecting that you will provide an export license.

So I first would ask SAP for clarification.
