Existing assignments for portal

Hi All,

We are using GRC10,SP12.

The existing portal group assignments are not shown in existing assignments and the GRACUSERCONN table also not getting updated even after running all syncs.

Based on your SP Level might be several notes related to existing assignments, however you might find useful the SAP Note 1881992 - UAM: Portal Group and Role are not updated in GRC after assignment.

Also, check on the KBA 2094723 - Consolidated Note for SAP Access Control 10.0 Master Notes, there you will be able to search by note titles and select the ones with SP Level higher than the one you are.

Can not be implemented to our system.

We are at SP12.

You mean your portal SP level is also 12? could you verify the SP level and patch level of Portal system.
