ESS Travel Request service is not working when using web dispatcher

Hi Experts,

I am facing problem to access the "Travel Request service of ESS"  when using web dispatcher,but remaining services are working fine.

It is not throwing any error also.we are using portal 7.0

Dear Sudheer,

Hope you are doing good.

What is the error; perhaps you can share a screenshot and the traces. Can you make sure that all the JCo destinations are working fine as per SAP KBA 1544135. Just run the web diag tool as outlined in
note 1045019 (or SAP Note No. 1332726) and reproduce the issue.
