LSO : Participants booked into waiting list when optimum booking reached

Dear Experts,

We have this issue whereby user submitted training request on earlier date booked into waiting list and users that submit request at later date get into normal booking.

Any idea how this scenario happen.

Hi Khairul

Another possibility for this scenario when you create course directly as firmly booked course. The movement of waitlist and normal shows inconsistency. All Learner who were in waitlist will remain on waitlist despite of cancellation and later user can book as normal as course status is already firmly booked.

Hi Khairul,

There may be several possible explanations, but for it I need you to check the following:

1. What's the course capacity?
2. Check how many booking cancellations exist for the course (if any), and when were they made?
3. Try cancelling the booking for these three participants and re-book them to the course by yourself (LSO_PSV1) - see if they are still registered as waiting list.
4. Please ask them to try to re-book again through the ESS, but this time attach a screenshot of the ESS registration screen.
   

According to your answers, we might be able to recognize the problem.
