Problem in preview, I get the preview of another file :)

Dear All,

When I try to preview a dashboard, I get the preview of another file !

1. I edited another file then I cliqued preview, I got the same result
2. I uninstalled/re installed Dashboard nothing change, I always get the preview of the same file but not the one I'm editing

This happend to me yesturday, knowing that my environement didn't changed and that I'm developping dashboards in the same machine(environement) since april.

Do you have any idea ?

Just try to delete all the temp file of the system.

and make sure in task manager no excel process is already going on before starting with dashboard.

Yeah by deleting the file temp.swf located in:

C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\Xcelsius

now it's normal
