Sharing Application is not working of Collaboration component

Hi all,

We are implementing collboration and rooms in SAP Enterprise portal 7.4. We are facing an issue in sharing application of collaboration as described below:

Click on Collaboration--> Share Application (tab).

A pop-up window is getting opened for a while and automatically closed without opening application page.

We have followed SAP Note 2055851 and send instant message application is working but Sharing application app is not working.

Need your expert advise.

What is the error logged in the default trace when you recreate the issue?

We have checked in default trace but there is no such error logs found for the same.

Hi Krunal,

Did you check the traces immediately after recreating the issue ?

What is the error that you can see in the traces right after the issue is recreated ? It might not be a collaboration related error.

As per your suggestion , i have checked in trace file and get below trace:

I have also checked SAP Note No.1635058 for the same but didn't get any results.

Can you please suggest?

Hi Krunal

Kindly refer to the below KBA and implement the steps given under resolution part of it. It deals with the similar errors to that of what you have attached.

2101481 - com.sap.bc.proj.jstartup.icmadm.IcmAdmException: Permission denied. Your component can not get instance of IcmAdm.

We have followed your note and checked in system.

As per note everything is maintained. But still we are facing problem.
