Arial Font Changing 0 to a temperature symbol

Hi,

I have a web application which prints a crystal reports. Suddenly it has started converting all zero's to a temperature symbol (small round circle).

Can someone please help because it is causing chaos for me.

Sorted now, A user had copied data from Word into an Editor control which was then saved to the database. I don't think Crystal liked some of the character symbols when converting it to a PDF.
