What is the source of ADRP table data in SAP CRM?

Hi Experts,

Could you please advise me what is the source of data in table ADRP for fields First Name (NAME FIRST), Last Name (NAME LAST) and Complete Name (NAME TEXT)?

In BUT000 First Name (NAME FIRST) and Last Name (NAME LAST) are maintained properly. I know that person number is the link between BUT000 and ADRP tables.

I am facing an issue where in table ADRP  the fields First Name (NAME FIRST), Last Name (NAME LAST) and Complete Name (NAME TEXT) are blank however
in BUT000 First Name (NAME FIRST) and Last Name (NAME LAST) are maintained properly.

Hi Deepak,

for this you have to go partner number from but000 and pass that no into but020 and get address number from but020 pass that address num to adr2 you will get persnumber then use that persnumber into adrp table.

ex: first i am taking but000 partner number ( Ex: 0000000073).

     passing that into but020 to get ADDRNUMBER.

use that addrnumber into adr2 u will get persnumber.

use that persnumber into adrp table you will get first name last name..

I think you have to run a standard function module to update the table ADRP and give the FM person numbers as import parameters.
