You have no authorization for this transaction in plant 1011

Hi,

I am receiving this error only sometimes and when i check the authorization for that particular user the authorization for that plant is already present. But it is still saying you have no authorization, This is happening when trying to create Reservation through webdynpro.

In back end system have you check the missing authorization using transaction code SU53? and also could you share the transaction code and detail steps if possible full snapshot?

Thanks for the reply.

In the portal when the person who is requesting for approval sometimes it is reflecting the requestor's userid and he doesn't have authorization and error appear's. But most of the time it is the approver's log in id that is coming and the approver have authorization and no error is coming
