Performance appraisal - pop up message window configuratin

Hi,

We have a performance appraisal form in place, where in after every party submits the form to the next level on the portal, a pop up window comes up showing where the form will be headed to .. i.e., which level of manager or HR it goes to.

Now we need to make some changes in the message that pops up at various levels. Any help on how this can be achieved...

Hi Satya,

In tcode phap_catalog_pa select performance template and go to status flow tab. Under that Status change description option is given for each status substatus.

• In the Status Change: Description field, you determine which text is shown for the change in status or substatus

So enhance badi text replacement if you want to add manager or HR name.
