Action Profile Issue

Hello Gentlemen's,

I need some help in configurations of actions.

I need to send email notification to one group, whenever opportunity is created from Lead. Before sending email i need to check one condition, the custom partner function(Z000001) should not be present with any value.

Can this be done via configuration and How or requires code? Please let me know your thoughts

Yes, i have tried that, but i don't see the condition to see custom partner functions on transaction

Hi,

have you tried to define a start condition? Use t-code CRMC_ACTION_CONF, search for you action profile and try to edit the start condition for it.
