Saving Cats entry with value "0"

Hi All,

We are using CATS to capture the hours spend by the employees for different specific projects. which implemented and working fine. We have a program which help  us to find the employees who have not entered time sheet, which have no entry in CATSDB.

Now issue is ,if somebody really don't have anything to enter then there will be no entry in CATSDB and they will reflect in pending time sheet reports.

is it possible save CATS entry with "0" Value.

As far as i understand we do not have that option in standard SAP we will have to refer blank as "0".

Even enhancing it technical consultant needs to put may efforts.
