Bin position not updated

I have one custom tcode where bin position is not getting updated if I create TO for multiple line item with movement type 999.

/1 is missing in destination bin.

If I create to with single line then bin position is getting updated.

As in the bin I am keeping only one pallet such inconsistency is not bothering me but I want to know which process will get affected due to this inconsistency.

Don't you think that you should focus on correcting your custom code rather then asking for inconsistency which will arise due to this.

for inconsistency you can check the stock do you get the right position in the stock, simulate goods issue, goods receipt and physical count and check
