Special gl indicator

Hi All gurus,

   I met a strange problem, and could you tell me how this happen?

   and this only happen when I do the fixed asset document.

   the posting key 31 is not allowed with special indicator, pls refer to below screen.

when i do the posting, the system also show me the error as below:

but very strange thing, when i only input 31 posting key and then I simulate the gl ledger view, the special gl indicator shows, pls refer to below:

How is it going?

Hi Cindy,

Is this back dated document? I mean there may be possibilities if posting key "31" may be changed to allow special GL postings, document was posted and later the changes reverted.

Analyze over this as well.

    the document is new test posted document, no change later.

    that's very strange. And it will show the special gl indicator when I simulate general ledger.

Check any substitution has defined for the recon.account in GGB1/OBBH.
