Dear All,
We have upgraded our SAP R3 system to EHP7 and ESS/MSS portal to 7.4.
Business Package for Employee Self Service 1.5 (WDA)
Business Package for MSS Add-on 1.0
After upgrade I found that Travel and Expense Management tab or iview is missing on the ESS overview page.
Please refer below screenshot
Can you please suggest us what could be the reason.

did you activate the travel switches first and follow the steps in attachment here

I got the answer for this :
Business function HCM_ESS_WDA_2 to be active
or Manual configuration through LPD_CUST is to be done with the help of note 1873465 as Siddharth suggested.

first chk in ur config client and move it from ur configuration client to ur testing client and activate FI TV related functionalities in SICF also which will be located under webdynpro folder ...as u said u have upgraded ..once restart the server for which the client u have upgraded the patch levels and check again
