SAP ESS Portal is displaying Previous User Data

Hello Experts

A user logs into his/her portal and log off from there.Without closing the browser another user logs into but he/she is getting the previous user data.

The ABAP Session is enabled in the system properties and also the log off service in SICF Tcode is activated

Kindly suggest me .

As per the issue you are facing I came across one KBA which completely deals with it. Kindly refer to the below KBA and implement the resolution part of it.
