Hi
I have received emails to a certain address and they have been processed in SOIN and SWI1 but as there were no agents available in the org unit (logged on) the mails have not flowed to the org i.e. task TS207915.
How do I get these mails to the CRM Inbox? I have logged on to the team but only see the new mails since i logged in.
