I try to download COMMONCRYPTOLIB 8. But i recive this error.

Download basket request for update has been processed. Unable to add 1 new object(s). The objects are already part of Export and to be processed.

How can i download COMMONCRYPTOLIB 8 ?

We contact our account manager, and they request hard copy of license to be allowed to download it.

It long cycle.
