Displaying Diagrams in PD 16.5 SP 5

Hi all, I have installed the last patch (current version 16.5.5.1 (4709) ) and I got a problem after new check-ins. PD Portal doesn't display diagrams'  images for new check-ins. The diagrams of previous check-ins are displayed. The flag "Save diagrams for PowerDesigner Portal" is enabled for cheking-in. How can I find a cause? Where should I look for a start? Please help me with advise of your experience

Hi Elena,

I just try 16.5.5.2 PD client and 16.5.5.1 Portal Server.  I don't see the issue.

Try login using both classic and new interface:

http://<portal server machine name>:3030/cmr /

http://<portal server machine name>:3030/powerdesigner-web/

Also create a simple model.  Check in.

If you still see the issue, please let me know the database vendor and version you are using.
