ERMS Send Auto Ack

Hi

I have 30 emails in the modeller each sending an Auto Ack  when  received.

28 of these work but 2 of them send 2 auto acks one with the correct email template and another with an incorrect one.

The auto ack is all copied so I don't know what is happening . The email addresses are not duplicated. I have tried regenerating the rules and using crm_erms_logging which shows 2 templates being called but difficult to see why.

Any ideas how I can sort this seemingly easy problem out?

Hi Padraig,

I think you may debug at following method to find rule policy in session to
see how and which rule policy is called. And then verify the rule policy
and other relevant settings.

CL_CRM_SMF_SERVICE_MANAGER

Hi,

This migt be related to the rules. It seems as if two rules are fired sending autoacknowledge E-Mails and you did not include an action stopping further rule processing.

Do you have more than one rule which results in sending an E-Mail?

Another possibility beside debugging is checking in the IC_MANAGER role to see which rules have been evaluated to TRUE which helps you to review the logic of the rule policy.
